Union MoS Ramdas Athawale Lauds Wellfest India 2025 at its Valedictory Session

Greater Noida, August 4, 2025 —  The valedictory session of Wellfest India 2025, which is being organised by India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML) from August 2–5, 2025, India’s first integrative wellness and Eldercare  India Expo  at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida with resounding success, thought-provoking insights, and a promising announcement for the future of wellness in India.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, India Exposition Mart Ltd. had visualized and conceptualized Wellfest India.  The festival seamlessly integrated Ayuryog Expo and Eldercare India Expo, creating a dynamic platform that promotes traditional wisdom and modern wellness needs side by side

Dr. Rakesh Kumar, has envisioned that Wellfest India 2026 shall be most comprehensive wellness platform in India comprising of Ayuryog Expo, Eldercare Expo, Woman Wellness Expo, Sports & Wellness Expo, Fitness & Active Living Expo.

The valedictory session featured esteemed dignitaries including  Dr. Nitin Agarwal, President, Organising Committee, Ayuryog Expo; renowned actor Dr. Gagan Malik and Prince Malik, Secretary, Expo Mart Exhibitor Association and Mr. Sudeep Sarcar, CEO, IEML  all of whom were felicitated for their contribution to the event’s success.

Ramdas Athawale, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, praised the initiative as a “powerful national movement toward holistic health and inclusive care.” Addressing a packed audience, he reiterated the Ministry’s unwavering commitment to initiatives that support dignified ageing, community well-being, and preventive healthcare. With over 10000 registrations, the event demonstrated a rising national interest in wellness, integrative health, and eldercare. The expo brought together diverse exhibitors across 10 wellness categories, showcasing everything from time-tested Ayurvedic remedies to cutting-edge health technologies. The 4,000-square-meter exhibition area, buzzed with meaningful exchanges, product demos, and hands-on experiences. The knowledge-sharing platforms added tremendous value, featuring 30+ renowned speakers, 8 in-depth masterclasses, and 2 thought-provoking panel discussions on themes spanning holistic healing, digital healthcare, senior well-being, and mental wellness.

Dr. Nitin Agarwal, President, Organising Committee, Ayuryog Expo, emphasised the critical importance of AYUSH for All and underlined how the traditional medicine systems of India must now evolve into everyday wellness solutions. He noted that the platform will be further strengthened and expanded from next year, connecting more people to natural and holistic health practices.

Prince Malik, Secretary, Expo Mart Exhibitor Association, shared that a disciplined lifestyle is the foundation of health, and appreciated how Wellfest India promotes this message with both clarity and inclusivity.
