UP elections 2022: Noida residents lean towards BJP, anti-incumbency not a factor

Noida, 16th Jan 2021: The people of the state are all geared up for the UP Elections 2022 as the state polls are considered one of the most important elections in the whole country.
In run up to the elections, Ten News spoke with several residents of Noida and found that many of them were happy with the working of BJP government.
Pooja Mishra, a worker at the GIP Mall, emphasized the fact that people are crazy for the Yogi government. She said that the BJP will rise and shine as the ruling party again in the state. However, Mishra laid stress on the employment issue and claimed that people are a bit upset as the migratory population is getting a lower payroll when compared to the other cities.
Another visitor at the mall named Dushayant Sharma shared his views in favor of the Yogi-Modi combination, and said that it has happened for the first time that the Ram Mandir dispute has been resolved. And this point is indeed a plus point for the Yogi government which can help get votes of the people.
Most if the city residents were of the view that Pankaj Singh will definitely win from the Noida zone.
Some Noida residents also outlined the fact that the Yogi government is providing free grains to the lower sections of the society, and the tax system is functioning efficiently along with the removal of corruption and crime from the base roots.
Vipin Nagar, District Head, Gorakhsha Group, Ghaziabad, said that the current Yogi government has worked with full honesty in almost all sectors as education, employment, urbanization, environment protection, careful handling of the Covid pandemic, reducing the crime rate spontaneously and so on.
Indeed, there were also those who felt that much was still needed to be done for marginalized sections of the society.
Kashmiri shawl stall owner, Asim who had migrated from Srinagar for setting up his business stated that the no matter who gains the mandate but winning government should work for the sluggish economy due to the current covid situation and bring new policies for the increasing the business sales.
In short, the running Yogi government holds a strong position as the triumphant party in the upcoming UP State elections 2022.
