UPITS 2026: Oman, US Buyers Explore New Business Ties and Sourcing Opportunities in Greater Noida

Greater Noida News (29/09/2026): The UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 continued to attract international buyers on its third day at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, with business delegations from countries including Oman and the United States exploring sourcing opportunities, meeting Indian manufacturers and building potential commercial partnerships.

At the Pavilion of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), Ten News Network spoke with international buyers about their experience at the exhibition and the business opportunities they discovered across various sectors.

Mohammed Naseer Al Muscari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North Chamber, Sultanate of Oman, visited UPITS with a business delegation. He said the B2B meetings in Hall No. 17 had provided the delegation with an opportunity to interact directly with Indian businessmen and manufacturers interested in developing stronger business relations between India and Oman.

He said the delegation was particularly exploring opportunities in food, logistics, real estate and building materials. According to Al Muscari, the delegation had already held meetings with several Indian companies, while business agreements had also been signed with some companies during the visit. He added that the delegation planned to visit manufacturing facilities in the Delhi region as part of its India visit.

Describing his overall experience, Al Muscari said UPITS provides an important platform for international businesses to connect with Indian manufacturers and companies. He encouraged businessmen from other countries to visit the trade show and explore potential sourcing and partnership opportunities.

Ten News Network also spoke with Elfa Guzman of Tri-Collection, a US-based company with operations including Puerto Rico and New York. She said her primary area of interest at the exhibition was jewellery and accessories, particularly for identifying potential suppliers and expanding sourcing options.

Describing her experience as “incredible,” Guzman said she had been able to connect with potential suppliers during the exhibition. She also appreciated the support provided by FIEO, including accommodation and transportation arrangements, which she said contributed to a smooth experience for international buyers.

Guzman further noted that this was her fourth visit and encouraged international buyers to visit India for sourcing opportunities. She highlighted the wide variety of products available at the exhibition and the opportunity to establish direct connections with suppliers.

The participation of business delegations from Oman and the United States reflects the international networking and sourcing opportunities being facilitated through UPITS 2026. With B2B meetings, direct engagement with manufacturers and sector-specific business discussions, the trade show is providing international buyers with a platform to discover Indian products, explore new suppliers and develop potential cross-border business partnerships.
