Ms. Poonam Sharma, Young and dynamic educational administrator . Her endeavor is to develop students as successful business leaders and technocrats of tomorrow. She spoke to Ten News about her professional journey.

TN- What is the USP of Your management college?

PS– We here primarily focus on placements of students, be it PGDM or MBA courses these are two major highlighted and flagship programs that we have here. We boost of our placement and have hundred percent placement record for our PGDM and our management programs. Its is one of our finest USP.

TN- Which engineering and technological courses are offered in your college?

PS– We currently have full fledged engineering and management programs here. Last year we started Diploma in polytechnic courses.

TN- Which courses of your college attract maximum number of students?

PS– As quality of the student is concerned our PGDM is the flagship program and engineering has major quantity of students, so it’s a fine balance.

TN- How is your placement record so far?

PS– Management programs have hundred percent placement from last seven years and we also celebrate our record. As far as engineering is concerned I would say the placement has been pretty decent.

TN- What is the biggest achievement of your college?

PS– The Biggest achievement is my students and faculty being happy and satisfied with our offerings. We are surviving and growing for the eleventh year and that’s our biggest achievement. We are heading towards goal of another 25 great years and most of our faculty has stayed with us since our inception.

TN- What is your perspective and plan for to attract more students?

PS– Our plan is to convert this institution into a university in coming two years but as of now our main focus is on better placements and increasing the level of packages that our students are getting.
