Vivo unveils Vivo S1 with 6.38″ AMOLED screen, 4,500mAh battery and 32MP selfie camera at Rs. 17,990
New Delhi: Leading Chinese Mobile Brand Vivo today launched the all-new vivo S1 in India, under its brand new S-series portfolio. The S-series is a true reflection of the latest style blended with innovative technology for the ever connected chic young consumers.
The first device from this series, S1 showcases state-of-the-art design with unmatched camera capabilities. The vibrant and trendy device will be available in two attractive color options Skyline Blue and Diamond Black.
The Vivo S1 comes with a 6.38-inch super AMOLED display and offers 19:5:9 aspect ratio, 90 per cent screen-to-body-ratio and FHD+ screen resolution. It should be noted that Vivo S1 doesn’t come with Gorilla Glass and uses Schott Xensation 3D protection instead. The Xensation 3D glass is said to be as strong as Gorilla Glass. The Vivo phone comes packed with a Halo FullView display that in simple words means waterdrop notch.
The Vivo S1 comes with Flash in-display fingerprint sensor that Vivo claims can unlock the phone’s screen in just 0.48 seconds. There’s also a face unlock support on the Vivo S1. On the hardware front the Vivo S1 is powered by MediaTek Helio P65 octa-core processor while on the software front the phone runs Android 9 Pie with latest FunTouch OS on top that brings system-wide dark mode, ultra-game mode, and other things.
