#Volvo V40 Cross Country launched at Rs 27 lakh ..Volvo has launched a petrol powered version of the V40 Cross Country hatchback in India at a price of Rs 27 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai, before octroi). The new V40 Cross Country will go up against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class priced at Rs 26.5 lakh and the BMW 1 Series priced at Rs 22.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai) in India. Although the Volvo V40CC is priced much higher than the BMW, one must remember that the Volvo does get a lot more features as standard equipment to justify the Rs 5 lakh difference.
