Wave City offers homes for EWS & LIG.
In pursuant to the UP government’s Hi-tech policy, one of Delhi NCR’s largest hi-tech townships, Wave City, located on the strategic NH24, is offering 864 units for people of economically weaker section (EWS) and lower income group (LIG).
With EWS units priced at Rs 5.15 lakh and LIG units priced at Rs 11.09 lakh, the allotment of the units will be done through a daw of lots in the presence of GDA officials. The registration for these homes starts from January 22, 2018 and ends on February 28, 2018 on payment of a nominal fee of Rs 15,000 for EWS category and Rs 25,000 for LIG category.
For registering of LIG homes, the annual income of the applicant should be between Rs. 3-6 lakh and for EWS homes, the applicant should have an annual income of Rs. 3 lakh. The applicant has to present an approved income proof and an affidavit.
Commenting on the development, Munish Mishra, Wave City Sales Head said: “We are committed in our effort towards fulfilling the government’s mission of Housing for All by 2022. These EWS and LIG units in Wave City have been approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority and the beneficiaries will be able to avail the facilities of the hi-tech township. Besides, they can also avail interest subsidy available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna from leading banks and financial institutions.”
Wave City has partnered with State Bank of India (SBI) & Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) for distribution of the application forms. Application forms are available in selected branches of SBI in Noida, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar, Dadri, Saharanpur, Sikandrabad, Amroha, Aligarh, Meerut & Mathura. Application forms are also available in selected branches of OBC in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida & Delhi.
