White Canvas Preschool Celebrates “Tarang-Jhalak Mere Desh Ki” in Greater Noida

The students of White Canvas Preschool organised, ‘Tarang – jhalki mere desh ki’ a colorful musical extravaganza’ which showcased the beauty, history, diversity of various cultures of our country. Mr.Nalind Saxena, Retd. AGM, Punjab National Bank was the Chief guest for the event and Mr. Sudeep Lakhtakia, Special Director General, CRPF, Govt. of India was the Guest of Honour.
Celebrations began with the ceremonial lightning of the lamp and presenting bouquet to chief guest as a token of love and gratitude. The little dancers mesmerized the audience with their fancy stamping, squatting and pure joy of their spirited dancing. Teachers were also dressed up in traditional attire
The little 2 to 4 year old fledglings, rocked on the stage on different Indian folk dances of different states, presenting the rich cultural heritage our country.
The finale was the super funky ‘Lungi dance’ where the preschoolers danced to their hearts desire and gave a stupendous performance. The unique and talented mix of students who made this happen had practiced with dedication and commitment to achieve the age appropriate perfection. The Founder Principal, Dr. Deepali Singh, White Canvas Preschool, said ‘The little ones who are still developing awareness about themselves and their surroundings, were made to develop consciousness about our country, India and exposed to its rich legacy.
