Workshop to educate Faridabad girls on Safety and Traffic

Faridabad police has been organising workshops in educational institutions all over the city

to educate the students about the traffic rules so that the future citizens are made better

equipped with the rules and regulations before they are recognised as individuals in their

respective professions. In this series Sub Inspector Kamlesh from Women Cell Ballabgarh

addressed the students of Government Middle School, Sector-10, Faridabad. The topics of

the workshop included Safety and self defence, Traffic rules and the importance of girls in

the society. More than 240 girls attended the workshop. The girls were also informed

about the tips of safety and the emergency numbers of the Faridabad police which also

included the whats app number on which they can contact the police in case of

emergency. They were also informed about the legal age of marriage and the procedure

to be followed if they found any case of child marriage being done. On this occasion

Principal of the school Smt. Adarsh Agrawal was also present alongwith other teachers.
