World celebrates Nobel, but Delhi slips on child labour

At a time when the capital is basking in the glow of one of its own — Kailash Satyarthi — bagging the Nobel peace prize for his work on child rights and trafficking, a study on implementation of the Action Plan for Abolition of Child Labour in Delhi shows that the capital is way behind the target set by Delhi high court for freeing child workers.
