World Environment Day, PM Narendra Modi pledges to save ‘mother Earth’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday sought people’s participation in protecting environment and also pledged to save the “mother Earth” through government efforts.

Setting the tone for his government’s green agenda on the occasion of the World Environment Day, Modi said, “Lets serve as trustees, where we utilise our natural resources for the present and at the same time ensure happiness of future generations”.
