World Trade Center Noida expresses interest to set-up 20,000 crore worth Commodity City in YEIDA area!
Greater Noida : World trade center Noida has expressed interest to develop a 600-acre Commodity City in YEIDA area. The project expected to be developed with an investment of 20,000 crore in the region will also offer employment opportunity to about 6 Lakh people
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Authority CEO Arun Veer Singh was given a presentation by WTC officials on Tuesday. The authority has been requested to identify required land for the purpose.
Talking about the same YEIDA officials said that WTC is interested in setting up around 1800 units in a 600 acre area. YEIDA is deliberating on options of making mixed land use available for the purpose.
Land pockets available in sectors 7,8,9 and 24 can be put to use for the purpose.
The officials of WTC were also apprised about land use policy, FAR, connectivity and other provisions of YEIDA. In recent times YEIDA has garnered renewed interest of investors and project developers mainly attributing to governments increased interest in rapid development of Jewar Airport.
