Yamuna Authority announces 80 smart villages across Greater Noida

Smart Cities Mission that aims to transform the look and function of the city would also serve to the villages pertaining to Yamuma Expressway Industrial Development Authority, announcement Chairman of YEIDA Prabhat Kumar on Monday in a press conference.

He said that, expansion of Smart cities into smart villages will create more jobs facilitating the economic development of Greater Noida. Total 80 villages who falls under YEIDA will be facilited under the scheme.

Talking about the issues of Jaypee Home Buyers, he said that housing schemes like UDAAN, Buddha Circuit and many more have been scraped by the group and if the builder fails to return money of Home Buyers by October 31,2017, following that we would start returning the money of buyers by selling the property of Builder through an agency.
