Yamuna Authority to Give Possession of 5100 flat to alottees by December

Large number of people who had registered themselves in different housing schemes of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will now get their land allotment in December.

Authority is soon going to provide allotment letter to 5100 allotties. Flat for the allotment have been constructed in sector 22D & 22A. On the other hand forms will be filled for another one’s authority housing scheme till 5th November.

Chairman Dr. Prabhat Kumar said that after the allotment of flats to the concerned allottiees, settlement of residents will start in the Authority area. Authority had ensured all the basic civic amenities in the area before giving allotments so that they will not have to bother for the basics.

Registration will be done till 5th November for Flats having In-built area of 21.62 sq.mtrs, 36.97 sq.mtrs and 64.72sq.mtrs. Authority will provide allotment to these flats by lucky draw procedure. Forms are available in the banks of Delhi NCR.
