Yamuna Authority launches land schemes for industrial plots, commercial spaces

Greater Noida (15/12/2021):  Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched scheme for allotment of remaining number of industrial plots in Sector 29, 32 and 33. The scheme has been launched today on Dec 15 and the last date to apply is December 31.

YEIDA region has already emerged as an hot favourite options for setting up industries as well as for investors looking to be a part of futuristic development.

Located at 6 lane Yamuna Expressway, 100 meter wide road, these plots are at an approximate distance of 4 kilometres from upcoming Noida International Airport. Moreover, not only metro and bullet train connectivity is proposed for the region, but the sectors will also enjoy proximity to Noida International Film City and proposed PRT system.

Moreover, as part of another scheme,YEIDA also plans to allot commercial shops and offices in Sector 22 D, as well as kiosks in Sector 17A, 18, 20, 22D and 32. This schemes brochure will be available from December 20.
