YEIDA recieves proposal for construction of entertainment city

In upcoming future YEDIA region will be developed as an entertainment hub as Yamuna authority has received a proposal of “Integrated city of entertainment”. This proposal is given by Situla Tulip and as per the proposal Integrated city of entertainment will have amusement park along with several other entertainment options. For this company also had demanded 500 acres of land.

Regarding this Secretary of the company Mike Bery met with CEO Yamuna Authority Arun Veer Singh and delivered a presentation in front of him over Integrated city of entertainment. He demanded 500 acres of land from authority for project and told that company will made a investment of 1500 crore in the project.This will generate 15000 jobs on direct basis and approx 85 thousand jobs opportunity will be generated in the region because of this project.

Latter he did site visit along with authority officers and approved the sector 22 F location and soon company will apply for land allotment by submitting 10% of total amount. Sector 22 F has been reserved by authority as recreational green. He also proposed a plan for adopting the nearby villages that will lie in the project site and developing them as a model village. In future he also shared a plan for developing metro network in the region.

Apart from this Vivo company also had demanded for 200 acres of land for setuping a new unit in the region. Regarding this companies officials floored the proposal before the CEO. Over this he offered them land allotment in sector 24, 28 and 29 as well as asked for a detailed project report. After this further decision will be made. We would like to tell you Vivo already has a operational unit in Greater Noida.
