Greater Noida: CNH industrial India Pvt. Ltd, Greater Noida has been selected as the best establishment of the state for Engaging highest number of Aprrentices against targets allocated.
Aditya Ghildyal who is a corporate HR professional, an acclaimed social activist, a marvellous ambassador of peace and culture, voracious speaker received a prestigious award from Chetan Chauhan, Minister of Vicational Education, Skill Development Uttar Pradesh.
Aditya Ghildyal on behalf of CNH received the award for being the best establishment in the state for engaging highest number Apprentices and imparting them with skills.
Speaking to Ten News in a Phonic Interview, Aditya Ghildyal Said, "No doubt i’m feeling honoured but it is also a great motivation to do well again and win this award next year also. All the big multinationals companies gains confidence that if CNH can get this award so we also can."
"India is one of youngest Country in the world We just Want to develop skill and provide a platform so that in future they can be self independent," added Ghildyal.
