Greater Noida (14/02/2019) : To deter the malpractices in CBSE board exams, CBSE board has made mandatory for appearing students that they have to get their admit cards signed by their parents.

This year, a total of 65,000 students from Noida and Greater Noida will be appearing in the upcoming 10th and 12th CBSE board exams. Apart from this CBSE has also regulated a dress code for the appearing students.

As per this regulation, all the school students have to come in their respective school uniform and those who were appearing through open, will not be allowed to wear tight cloths and have to be in a formal dressing.

Students will be barred from carrying items such as electronic gadgets, cell phones, calculators, purses, smart watches, and written materials.

Reacting over this principal of Grads International School said, “I don’t think making school uniform compulsory to appear in board exam would solve this problem. Strict vigilance and uninformed inspections can help to clean up education system. Same with imposing compulsory identity cards with parents signature. Who will attest parent’s signatures? There will be again a malpractices. Schools are the DNA of the society which determines the character of the society, so schools have to set high moral standards and education standards to establish a healthy society.”

There are 46 centres in Noida and Greater Noida for the CBSE class 10 and class 12 exams which will begin from Friday. Each centre will have around 800 students.
