CM Yogi to handover keys of flats to buyers at a unique event in Greater Noida

State’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath may visit the city on July 10 for handing keys to 9300 flat buyers as well as  possession letters of 1091 plots of a builder project.  Although, the official announcement of the Chief Minister’s program has not been done yet but the authorities have been given the signal to to complete  the  preparations regarding CM’s visit before July 10th .

Program is expected to be organized in Gautam Buddha University. However authority and the builder’s are in the effort to keep the program on holiday because most of the investors are office bearers and they will have to take special leave to join the chief minister’s program. So to avoid this inconvenience authority and builders want CM’s program to be organized on a holiday.

The builders held a meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on 12th March 2017 and promised that if the completion process can be simplified then they can handover 50 thousand flats to investors, over which CM got agreed. Earlier flats were only be allotted to the investors after the completion of entire project causing delay in allotment.

After the announcement made by the CM of providing 50 thousand flats to investors, the completion of 31600 flats has been given by Greater Noida while in the Yamuna Authority region the 4700 flats are handed over to their owners.

In Chief Minister’s program, 4600 flats of Greater Noida and 4700 from Yamuna Authority region will be handed over to the investors. From stage, the Chief Minister will give key to nearly 100 investors and rest will be handed over the keys by putting a camp outside the venue.

So far, 16500 flats have been issued the compilation from Noida Authority side. While on Saturday builders were detailed about how they have to offer keys to investors and were asked to provide the details of actual number of flats they will be able to offer.
