Drive against illegal Unipolls continue in Greater Noida, notices served to advertisers

A drive against illegal Uni-polls displaying advertisement is being carried out by Greater Noida Authority in the city.

In the drive authority demolished the illegal unipolls in different parts of city. Builders and the institutions who had put hoardings for their advertisement are also being identified using the details over the hoardings and notices are being sent to them.

The drive is being conducted in the guidance of senior manager of authority K M Chowdary.

On 13th may a women had lost her life and her son got critically injured when in a thunder storm an illegal hording fell over duo and took their life. After that incident authority also received a lot of criticism. There after officers rushed into action and initiated the drive against the illegal polls and hording. On Wednesday also around a dozen of polls been demolished by authority.
