Earth Infratech Director detained for committing fraud with buyers

Vikas Gupta Director of a very renowned builder group, Earth Infratech of the region was detained by the police from a Delhi Aerocity based hotel. He was alleged of committing fraud with thousands of property buyers in Noida and Greater Noida.

Police revealed that while investigation they found him wanted in many other cases that are registered against him of fraud and cheating. He was nabbed after police received a tip off about his presence in the hotel immediately police rushed the spot and arrested him. Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing was also monitoring him regarding a similar fraud case. There are number of cases registered against him at at the Noida Police Crime Branch.

The cheating case is related to a major project of Earth Infratech under which around 11 new construction projects have to be initiated in Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram.  But as the buyers get to know about this they themselves formed a association name of Earth Infratech   victims claiming that this will be one of the biggest real state scam.

Since last half a decade many such scam came in light where builders does not delivered   what the promised to the buyers. They dint provided position on the time miss used the money of buyers and diverted it into different projects. For now many of the builders are in radar of investigation but it’s to be seen what kind of  strict action government will take against them .
