Gautam Buddha Nagar Court directs to register case against police station In-charge at his own station

Gautam Buddha Nagar district court has today ordered Kasna Police Station to register case and conduct probe in a case which has 8-10 police personnel’s including Kasna Police Station incharge Jitendra Kumar as accused’s.Today district court has given a jurisdiction during hearing of a litigation filed by Rahul son of Rishipal and resident of Village Bodaki.

Court has ordered to register FIR against Anti extortion cell in-charge Ajay Kumar & Kaasna police station in charge Jitendar Kumar as well as other 8-10 unidentified police personnels. The charges levied include planning criminal conspiracy, illegal detention and torcher.
Court has issued order after allegedly no action was taken by the police on written complaints submitted at Police Station.
