15-year-old suicide incident giving a tough time to Greater Noida police

Greater Noida : On Friday a team of local police reached Panchsheel Greens, a 14-story residential building in Greater Noida West to investigate a suicide Incident of 15-year-old Arpit Siwach. Arpit was found dead on July 31 under mysterious circumstances. Prima Facie as per the police officials the incident looked like a suicide but there are certain questions that yet to be answered. Why the victim travelled 20 kilometres from his house while he was staying in an area under Beta II police station.
Police checked CCTV footage and the rooftop of the building, from where Arpit had jumped. As per the sources, police have taken recordings of all the CCTV footage of the building, including the entry and exit gates, in their custody. As per the boy’s mother, he was playing game on his mobile phone on Tuesday night. when she took his mobile phone. After that, he got upset and went to bed. The next morning, he left home for a morning walk but dint returned.
Victim’s family said “we have checked the CCTV footage, but not completely. Police have taken the recordings into their custody. Let see what comes out, but we are not ready to accept that our child walked 20 km to commit suicide. We are also trying to find out the reason. He doesn’t have a personal cell phone and hardly travelled without his family members.”
Sources said that on top of the building, police have found a bill which the boy had received from a shopkeeper for purchasing a bottle of cold drink and chips. How the boy reached the top of the building remained a mystery for police. For further update in the case, we contacted SHO Bisrakh, but he remained unavailable.
