The proposed water supply scheme is based on the projected population under Master Plan 2021. The Scheme is being executed in three parts and the brief description of the scheme is mentioned below:-

i) For the withdrawal of 85 cusec Ganga water from Upper Ganga Canal at Dehra for Greater Noida, U.P. Irrigation Department has executed the works of lining of different canals/distributaries in approximately 9.95 lacs sqm. area and constructed a Head Regulator at Upper Ganga Canal at Dehra as deposit work.
