Vikash Yadav – Will the prosecution now move the hon’ble Supreme Court to enhance the life sentence to death sentence?

Delhi High court moments ago upheld murder charges against Vikash Yadav and termed the killing as ” honour killing”. He has been, along with his associate, sentenced to life imprisonment .
The Supreme Court has, in a similar case, observed ,earlier, that honour killing needs to be equated with rarest of rare crimes which automatically means death sentence. Will the prosecution now move the hon’ble Supreme Court to enhance the life sentence to death sentence?
