FONRWA felicitates DCEO Saumya Srivastava in farewell ceremony

(05/07/2107) Noida : On Wednesday evening FONRWA organized farewell ceremony for outgoing DCEO Saumya Srivastava. About an hour long ceremony was attended by who’s who of the city who all expressed deep pleasure and gratitude for the outgoing officer well-known for his hardworking and humble administrative outreach.

Eminent citizens of Noida together with office bearers of different RWA’s, FONRWA and CONRWA were present during the ceremony. DCEO Saumya Srivastava was felicitated with flower bouquets and garlands by various individuals.

Speaking at the occassion N P Singh said, “The situation feels like we are marrying our daughter to a better home. We will surely miss his presence and affection but we are also happy at the promotion”.

Almost every individual spoke at great length about support that they had received from DCEO Saumya Srivastava and talked about his humble demeanor, kind behavior and people friendly approach.

Speaking at the occasion Saumya Srivastava said, “I am extremely pleased and honored with all the love and affection I have received from this cities people. I have attempted to fulfill people’s expectations and it feels nice to see that people have also acknowledged the efforts.”

He also remembered his initial days of joining in Noida and narrated the story of how one of his first tasks was to handle FONRWA’s protest at DM camp office for updating Noida’s Voters list.

Form handling the agitation of a group to being honored by them, DCEO Saumya Srivastava had surely come a long way during his tenure in Noida.

FONRWA President N P Singh, General Secretary A N Dhawan, Anita Singh, Girija Singh, Sukhdev Sharma, Amit Gupta, P S Jain, Sanjeev Kumar and many others were during the event.
