Responsibility of all to ensure that law remains an instrument of justice: CJI Chandrachud

New Delhi (12/11/2022): Chief Justice of India Chandrachud has shared his vision for the legal recourse in India and has said that it is the responsibility of all decision makers not just judges to ensure that the law does not become an instrument of oppression but remains an instrument of justice.
