The actor asserted during an interview with Economic Times, that Asit Modi had previously made unwanted sexual approaches towards her. She originally decided to ignore his comments out of concern that she would lose out on career prospects, but she has now had enough and will no longer put up with such attitude.

The actor told ANI, “One most important thing- I am not doing this for money; I am doing this only for truth and victory. They have to accept that they have done wrong to me and will have to apologise with folded hands that ‘We are sorry’. Because this is a matter of my dignity and self-respect.”
