DPS Greater Noida Organises “Marg Darshan- Decoding CUET”
DPS Greater Noida organised Marg Darshan- Decoding CUET on April 27, 2024 to acquaint the students and parents of the Senior school with the nitty gritties of the Common University Entrance Exam for admission to undergraduate colleges in about 200 reputed universities across the country.
The programme began with an informative panel discussion involving the alumni of the school. The highlight of the day was a very insightful session by Dr. Haneet Gandhi, Dean, Admissions, Delhi University, who clarified the entire process of the conduct of CUET and also addressed the queries of the audience. Other Guest speakers of the day included Mr. Rajeev Mishra, Founder, Director, Guide4 Careers and Ms. Ritika Singh, Executive Director, Conferences and Forums, IC3.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal Ms. Sandhya Awasthi expressed her joy at the successful execution of the programme at the most opportune time, with the CUET for the current session
scheduled to take place in May, 2024.
Earlier during the day, the school organised ‘Scholars’ Day’ to felicitate the meritorious students of Class IX for their academic excellence in in the session 2023-24. They received Scholar Badges and Scholar Blazers from the dignitaries of the day in the presence of their proud parents. The talented artists of the school put up an impressive cultural show to mark the joyous occasion. Nearly 250 students of Class IX were recipients of the scholar awards this year.
