New Delhi, July 8, 2022: In conversation with Ten News, The Passport Man of India, Dr. Dnyaneshwar Manohar Mulay, a member of the NHRC, a former Indian Foreign Service diplomat spoke about the Foreign Services being the best and dynamic service.
Dr. Mulay talked passionately about Indian Foreign Services as a job. “I would like to tell the youngsters, it’s one of the best services,” he said encouragingly. “You always remain Indian at the heart and you serve India in the best of places in the world. You have the honor of flying the flag of India on your car,” explained with pride.
“We are also soldiers,” Dr. Mulay stated. “A soldier fights on the border with weapons in his hands. His life is at stake for the sake of the country,” he said. “A diplomat who goes abroad stays in a sense in a foreign land. And there his only weapon is his words, his wit, and his wisdom. He is also fighting for his country.”
