AAP’s Atishi Files Complaint with EC against Gautam Gambhir for repeated violations of MCC

New Delhi: AAP Leader & East Delhi Atishi on Sunday filed complaint with Election Commission against BJP Lok Sabha Candidate from East Delhi Gautam Gambhir for repeated violations of Model Code of Conduct.

Gautam Gambhir hitting back at his opponent and AAP leader Atishi for alleging that he is a registered voter from two constituencies, saying that one only makes  such allegations when no work has been done. 

Addressing the Media Atishi Said, “The Rally held by BJP’s East Delhi Parliamentarian Constituency Candidate Gautam Gambhir in Dilshad Garden without the permission of Election Commission. The Rally held by him is violating of Model Code of Conduct. This is the second such violation by him In last 3 days which makes him a repeated offender.”

She further said, “Election Commission ordered Registration of FIR for his first violation but that seems to have no effect on him as he continuouse to willfully violate the model code of conduct showing his uter disregard for Election Commission.”
