Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida organised a induction program

An induction program was conducted in Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida for B. Tech. 1st year students from January 22 to January 27 in the auditorium of the institute. Dr. Anuranjan Misra, director of Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida gave a brief introduction of induction program to the students.

Dr. S. K. Dubey, Director Planning, Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida also briefed the students about the history of Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida and welcomed the dignitaries.

Universal Human Values sessions were also successfully conducted for the students by the trained faculty members of the subject. Many other activities were also conducted like Yoga for hostellers, singing, dancing, literary art etc.

On the occasion of Induction Program Dr. Sohail Akhtar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Renewable Energy, Govt. of India, delivered a valuable and knowledgeable lecture to the students on Solar Energy. He gave emphasis on the use of solar energy, which is the future fuel of the world. Wide spread utilization of solar water heaters can reduce a significant portion of the conventional energy being used for heating water in homes, factories and other commercial and institutional establishments. Internationally the market for solar water heaters has expanded significantly during the last decade.

Dr. Mohd. Mauzzam, Chairman, Kendriya Vidyalaya, New Delhi, graced the occasion with his benign presence also and motivated and guided the students for the better use of solar system in India and imparted some other valuable guidance for the enhancement of the knowledge of the learners.

Apart from this, other dignitaries viz. Mr. Suresh K. Sharma, Head, Supply Chain, Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad, also graced the occasion and delivered a lecture on “Logistics and Supply Chain” and Ware-houses. Mr. Ajay Sharma, Operations Manager, IBM India Private Limited, Noida also delivered lectures on mobile ad-hoc technology, networking and other technological aspects.

All Faculties and other staff members were also present in the program and made the event successful.
