Amid Omicron scare, Gautam Buddh Nagar reports 9 new Covid cases

Gautam Buddh Nagar, on Saturday, reported 9 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, ringing an alarm bell for the officials and the residents in view of the new variant, Omicron, which is knocking on the doors of the country.

With this, the tally of active Covid cases in the district has reached to 22.

So far,  467 people in the district have succumbed to Covid, whereas 62,942 were able to recover from this deadly disease.
