New Delhi : Today, Rashtriya Krantikari Samajwadi Party protested at the Jantar Mantar in the national capital. Their demand was to create a separate state for Purvanchali people.
Since last many years they are protesting with the same aim of the creation of separate state for purvanchali.
Gopal Rai while speaking to Ten News said that,
“We have been asking government for creation of a separate state for we, the Purvanchalis.
Today or tomorrow, government has to realise how important is it for the Purvanchalis to get a separate state to be created. And we are all ready to go to any extent so as to get this thing done and we won’t stop till we get this demand of ours to be accepted.”
Rashtriya Krantikari Samajwadi Party is a Political, non-profit making and secular organization.
The motto of RKSP is to facilitate the process of development of the villages and the villagers and was founded by Gopal Rai, who is social worker by birth. This motto has been the guiding principle to evolve and plan activities that will lubricate the process of sustainable development in the villages.
It has always concentrated on need based development, with a view to meet the basic needs of the villages and the villagers. It will not be besides the point to say that development initiatives go on unabated silently without any kind of publicity.
