It is really surprising to see that even a newspaper like ‘Hindustan  Time’with all legal advice at its command chose to misrepresent the matter.The Headline is ‘Highcourt says city’s anti-graft panel can probe central officers’No where  it was mentioned  that the court was deciding  a bail application and not the bigger issue of contitutional jurisdiction.Even then the Judge has gone far beyond the territory of his case in advising  the LG and creating  a state of confusion. Now is the time when Kejariwal should ponder whether  he has  come to politics for playing these dirty games.
