BIG MAGIC & 92.7 BIG FM LAUNCH THIRD SUCCESSIVE INTEGRATED SHOW ‘LETE HAIN KHABAR’

BIG Magic, poised to be the ultimate comedy destination and 92.7 BIG FM, India’s Largest and the No. 1 Radio Network fromReliance Broadcast Network Limited, will be launching yet another show from its bouquet of spoofs and comedic content titled Lete Hain Khabar.  In line with the new  integrated strategy that is being adopted by Reliance Broadcast Network, this is the third successive show being launched by the network, which will run on both Big Magic and 92.7 BIG FM.

‘Lete Hain Khabar’ will be a bi-weekly topical take on everything that has been making noise in the world of current affairs. The show premieres this Monday, November 2 at 9:30 pm, and will run from every Monday on BIG Magic and on 92.7 BIG FM.

Known for his versatility and wit, actor Varun Badola in Lete Hain Khabar will dig into news stories that are ‘trending’ and present them to the viewers in a humorous manner.  Making the content more entertaining, interesting pictorials, videos and graphics will be used for illustration. The quirkiness in show gets elevated with fake, ‘Subject Matter Experts’ which will ensure hilarity amongst viewers.

Giving his insights about the new show, Mr. Bimal Unnikrishnan, Creative Director, Big Magic said, “With Lete hai Khabar we intend to take a step forward in the genre of topical comedy. On the development, Varun Badola said, “I will be portraying a verbose character in the show which is completely opposite of my real self. This is a satirical show in which audience will get to see my humorous side. I will be juggling between the two shows but could not say no to this one because of its unique concept. Moreover I am required to shoot just a day every week for this new show which makes it easy to manage.”

 

The show will see a robust multi-media promotional plan across key markets, which will include a 360 degree marketing campaign. The channel will engage with viewers and trade partners locally and nationally through multiple platforms.

BIG Magic is available across all DTH players such as Tata Sky, Airtel, Videocon, DD Free Dish, Dish TV, Reliance Digital TV along with all cable operators  including Hathway, Incable, Digicable, DEN, 7 Star, ABS, Siticable, Star Broadband and GTPL amongst others.
