BIMTECH’S AIC holds roadshow on O&G PSU’s scheme for Startups
10/04/2019 – BIMTECH Greater Noida’s Atal Incubation Center on Wednesday hosted an “Oil and Gas Start-up initiative roadshow” to create awareness among startup entrepreneurs about the support being provided by different Oil & Gas PSUs as part of their CSR mandate.
The roadshow was focused on the scheme under which 10 Oil & Gas PSUs (ONGC, OIL, GAIL, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, MRPL, EIL, NRL, and Balmer Lawrie) have earmarked a corpus of Rs 320+ crore in order to foster, nurture and incubate new ideas from startups.
As part of this roadshow, an interactive session was held by Surekha Routray, Manager – Invent at KIIT-TBI with a group of startups from the NCR ecosystem.
Routray explained in detail about the proposed scheme and how the startups can apply for the scheme and get support from O&G PSU’s.
All the startup irrespective of their current stage (i.e ideation, prototype etc.) and legal status can apply for this scheme here. The last date for submitting application is 15th April, 2019.
BIMTECH was one of the first institutions in India to be selected for setting up and Atal Incubation Centre through Central Government’s assistance. Currently this state of art facility provides support and nurtures large number of startups and entrepreneurs, many of which have also raised funds worth crores.
