BJP’s Hans Raj Hans converted to Islam, not eligible to contest from reserved North-West Delhi : AAP

New Delhi : Today, Aam Aadmi Party alleged BJP’s Lok Sabha Candidate Hans Raj Hans is not eligible to contest from reserved North-West Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency. AAP’s Adv Rajender Pal Gautam elaborated the allegation and said, “North-West Delhi Lok Sabha seat is a reserved seat where only reserved candidates can file nominations and Hans Raj Hans is not a reserved candidate as on 20th Feb 2014, Hans changed his religion by confessing Islam as hia religious ‘granth’.”
Rajender also added tha after that day, Hans Raj Hans was named as Mohammed Yusuf. We confidently demands Hans Raj’s resignation from the Lok Sabha elections.
“Our party’s legal team is onto it and will surely and legally remove BJP’s nominated candidate from North West Delhi’s Lok Sabha Constituency. We are not doing this for any profit or loss but we being ordinary people demands things to be carried out according to the rules and regulations of Election Processes”, added Adv Rajender Gupta at the conference.
