#BREAKING: Govt of India declares unilateral ceasefire in Jammu & Kashmir. MHA asks security forces in Jammu & Kashmir to not launch operations in the holy month of Ramazan. Decision has been conveyed to J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti. Although Security forces to reserve the right to retaliate if attacked or if essential to protect the lives of innocent people.
