Brig (retd) Ashok Hak voices expectations with Modi 2.0, MP Mahesh Sharma, bats for planned development in Noida

Noida: In a Exclusive Interview with Ten News Brigadier (Retd) Ashok Hak who is also a Convener of CONRWA, Noida Chapter flagged key issues that the new Modi Led NDA government needs to tackle in Next 5 Years.

Former Brigadier Ashok Hak is a Eminent personality and a veteran social activist of Noida He had served the nation for 34 years and participated in 1965 & 19771 war.

When asked about his take on humongous victory for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections 2019, Former Brigadier Ashok Hak said,

“It’s been a historic win. It is a win based on trust, faith, honesty and security of the country. Modi ji have given a new direction to the country. The trust people have shown on Modi ji by giving him majority and this historic win is based on trust. PM have given us a strong government. In today’s environment, Women are empowered, the youth are well aware. Modi ji have exposed politicians who use to do vote bank politics on Casteism, Minority Appeasement.”

Taking about the top priorities for Modi government in his second term, he said,

“There should be inclusive development. As i feel our Basic economy is under Agriculture, so there should be focus on it. There should be focus on Employment, Women Empowerment and health schemes should be across the country. Lastly and most importantly the country should feel safe. We should empower our armed forces more, they should be provided new tech armour.”

When asked Can Modi 2.0 make India a stronger military power? He said,

“Like the work they have done in past 2-3 years. They brought Rafale, The Balakot Air Strike, the Rafale played a huge part and they have diminished the arm dealers. We have high hopes that New Tech Armor, Guns, Tanks should be provided. The army needs new Rifles because now a days terrorist have hi-tech weapons. There has been focus on it but i want more preference should be given.”

Talking about Union Minister and BJP leader Mahesh Sharma winning with a margin of 3,36,922 votes from the Gautam Budhh Nagar seat, he said,

“Dr Mahesh Sharma is a very good leader. He has done commendable work in gautam Gautam Budh Nagar. The Big Schemes he has introduced like Jewar Airport, Elevated Roads, Metro Connectivity. He has brought first Passport Office and they are making first Multi Specialty Hospital, Biodiversity Park is going to be made. The credit of his win other than his work is due to Modi Wave which has contributed a lot in his victory.”

When asked about the expectations he has from Dr Mahesh Sharma, The Indian Army Veteran said,

“In Noida there are many problems in infrastructure. The city has grown at a very rapid pace. We have given him a suggestion that they should make a plan. He needs to consult with the officials. There is a big traffic problem here. Big problem of sewage is here, Drinking water is a big concern. So he needs to sit down with experts and make a planning for next 5-10 years.”
