New Delhi:Ten News on Sunday spoke to BJP National Spokesperson, Shahnawaz Hussain over SP and BSP alliance and Ram Mandir issue.
According to BJP National Spokesperson, Shahnawaz Hussain, “ after the Coalition of Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, Bharatiya Janta Party will score more seats as compared to 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the reason behind this is simple- Samajwadi Party workers have not forgotten the slogan used by dalit leader Mayawati, “Chadh Gundon ki Chhati par, Mohar Lagao Hathi Par”, on the other side BSP workers also remember how their leader was tried to be pulled by her hairs during the infamous Guest house incident. In last Lok Sabha elections BJP scored more votes than both the parties (Samajwadi and BSP) combined together.”
“Also among SP, BSP and Congress, BSP’s performance was zero in Loksabha while SP and Congress scored few seats which were of their family members (Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Dimple Yadav etc.),” he added.
BJP spokesperson also made claims of winning more seat in UP then they won in 2014 and further added, “More than 51% of public are with our respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi and in next elections people will vote to make Modi Prime Minister again. In upcoming Lok Sabha election we are assuming that we will win more than 73 seats in Uttar Pradesh, our workers has decided to score more seats that last elections i.e 71.”
Expressing his views on Ram Mandir, he said, “this is issues of belief for us and never was a vote bank issue for us”.
