CBSE offers Post-Result Psychological counselling services

New Delhi (India), 13th May 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education announced the availability of psychological counselling services to students and parents following the 2023 CBSE exam results.

The counselling services are from May 13 to May 27, which isn’t a new initiative. This years marks 25 years since the initial sessions began to help students and parents overcome their issues related to exams and results.

A team of over 59 trained counsellors and special educators from both government and private schools would be available for tele-counselling services. Of the 59 experts, 53 are based in India, while six are from the United Arab Emirates and Oman.

Students can avail of the help through the centralised toll-free number 1800-11-8004 or visit the counselling link on the CBSE website for further assistance.
