Chinese man allegedly running spy ring arrested in Delhi
Delhi Police arrested Charlie Peng, a Chinese man on Sept 13 & he has been in police custody since then. Police have recovered an Indian passport & an Aadhaar card from him. A Fortuner SUV, Rs 3.5 lakh in Indian currency, 2000 dollar & 22000 in Thai currency have also been seized.
