Criminals are cancelling own bail and surrendering: UP DGP

Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) OP Singh has claimed that out of fear, criminals are voluntarily cancelling their bail pleas and are preferring to surrender in the state. "As many as 12,291 criminals have surrendered so far," he added. The UP Police has issued instructions to every district in the state to nab criminals, he further said.
