The voter in Delhi that voted to power the Aam Admi Party , giving them 67 out of 70 seats in the Delhi Assembly had just about seven months ago voted the Bharatiya Janata Party to power to all the seven Delhi Parliamentary seats. Whimsical, capricious? Neither . A very clever decision that will keep both Parties on their toes careful not to take the Delhi voter granted.
