Delhi University suspends GN Saibaba arrested for ‘Maoist links’

Delhi University has suspended GN Saibaba, an English teacher at Ram Lal Anand College, who was arrested on May 9, 2014 for alleged Maoist links.

College officials confirmed that the governing body had “recommended his suspension yesterday (Wednesday) and the vice chancellor gave his approval today (Thursday).” “The order has been issued,” they said.
