District wins accolades for timely implementation of Government sponsored projects

In completion of government sponsored projects within the fixed time period category ranking released by UP Government, district Gautam Buddh Nagar has clinched 1st rank while the home constituency of CM Yogi Adityanath Gorakhpur was awarded with 2nd place.
State government provides a developmental ranking to all the districts as per the development work done in the district. As per the new ranking of April month, district Gautam Budh Nagar clinched 1st rank in the state. DM B N Singh said that in district has 106 projects perational out of 136 Government sponsored projects.
There is total of 504 marks for implementing and harnessing result out of the projects. District got 327 marks in this which is about 60.65%.
In this ranking Gorakhpur secured 2nd rank while Bareilly remained on 3 rd position. Home constituency of PM Modi Varanasi got 4th rank.
State capital Lucknow holds 8th rank while district Meerut was not able to maintain the last months ranking and registered a massive drop as compared to March. In March Meerut received 533 out of 695 and was able to secure 3rd rank while this time it got 289 out of 575 and was displaced to 11th position.
