Door-to-door collection of waste in Noida to begin in November

Under the new policy, door-to-door garbage collection facility will be started in Noida from November. For this, 160 small Tipper will be used by the selected company for the project that will collect garbage from the sectors. Temporarily garbage will be dumped at Mubarakpur, Sector 145 and latter disposed off and converted into RDF. For this garbage collection service authority will also charge fee that is already been decided which will be ranging from 25 rupees to 150 rupees.

Presently the garbage is being collected from the primary garbage homes of the city and because of such primary garbage the city looks filthy. So getting rid of this problem now the garbage will be directly collected from homes with the help of its 160 tripper. Garbage collection will be done before 10 am and residents have to segregate their garbage as dry garbage and the slurry one. Both kind of garbage will be dumped into separate boxes of different colors.
