A dozen BJP workers arrested in Greater Noida with 2 Girls while enjoying “Mujra”

(06/07/2017) Greater Noida : Greater Noida police has raided and arrested over a dozen alleged BJP workers from a house of Sector Chi-pi in city. Two girls have also been arrested with the group in objectionable state. Police claims that a complaint of disturbance was received by the PCR through dial 100 which immediately reached the spot and conducted the raid.

While briefing the press after the arrest, Police shied away from revealing the details of the arrested people. Greater Noida CO(First) Amit Kumar Shrivastav said ,”A raid was conducted on complaints of neighbors when we were informed by Dial100. The group is believed to be indulging in objectionable acts as per the initial complaints. An FIR is being registered at the moment and more details can be revealed only after more details emerge”. However a certain arrested individual himself confessed to be a BJP worker from a district near Banaras.

Some arrested individuals were also in inebriated state.
