Dr H CHATURVEDI renowned Management Guru and Executive president of Education Promotion Society of India and Director of BIMTECH in an exclusive interview with Shamshad Ali correspondent @Ten News.
Excerpts from an interview:
TN: Sir, tell us about your biggest achievement so far?
HC: Becoming Director of leading business school is one of my biggest achievements.
TN: Which biggest challenges you faced in achieving such Achievement?
HC: As a student of Mathura school and then a professor at Agra college not sufficient to push my career graph.
TN: What is your success Mantra?
HC: My success mantra is there is no short cut in life, everyone should update his knowledge and as a common saying hard work is key to success.
TN: Who are your icons or role models in your in life?
HC: My role models are Mahatma Gandhi in public life and in academic world, I like Dr. R A Mashelkar, a renowned scientist and in education I like the ideals of Rabindra Nath Tagore and Mahatma Gandhi.
TN: Do you believe in d existence of God?
HC: Respectfully, I don’t believe in the existence of God but hopefully doesn’t hurt the sentiments of other people. But believe in the teachings of religions which is based on humanity.
TN: Which books have influenced your thoughts?
HC: Books like ‘the life of Mahatma Gandhi ‘, ‘the writings of Bhagat Singh’. Being a literature student, I have read the literature of Prem Chand.
TN: What kind of films you are interested in and your favorite films n Actors?
HC: Aamir Khan is my favorite actor, His films I liked are Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par, Dangal, PK.
TN: Which kind of music or art you love?
HC: I listen to love semi classical and classical but also the Bollywood music sung by Hemant Kumar, Mukesh, Manna Day and sufi music.
TN: Which sports you like and your favorite sportspersons?
HC: I like to do Yoga and Cycling. Bu I do watch football matches.
